Refund & Return Policy

We want customers to receive the correct product in good condition. This policy applies to purchases from ABS Supps unless a product is marked final sale or applicable law requires a different result.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Products returned with proof of purchase, order number, or other information sufficient to locate the transaction.
Incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective products reported promptly after receipt.

Ineligible / Final-Sale Returns

Opened or used dietary supplements, powders, capsules, food, drinks, sample packs, or other ingestible products, except when required by law or when the product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products missing original packaging, seals, safety bands, accessories, or identifying labels.
Clearance or final-sale items when they are identified as final sale before purchase.
Gift cards, promotional items with no purchase price, and products damaged through misuse or improper storage.

How to Request a Return

Contact [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos when the item is damaged or incorrect. Do not mail a return until return instructions are provided.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping on discretionary returns. If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, contact us before returning it so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

In-Store / Self-Checkout Purchases

Eligible in-store returns must include proof of purchase and are subject to the same product-condition requirements described above.

Manufacturer Guarantees

Some brands offer separate satisfaction guarantees or warranties. Those programs are controlled by the manufacturer and may require you to contact the manufacturer directly.
