Welcome to ABS Supps. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, self-checkout experience, and purchases from us. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ABS Supps

ABS Supps is a supplement retailer serving customers online and through its retail/self-checkout operations in Columbia, South Carolina. We resell products manufactured by third-party brands. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ABS Supps is not the manufacturer of the products sold.

4. Product Information

We try to keep product titles, images, ingredient information, flavors, sizes, pricing, and availability accurate. Manufacturers may change formulas, labels, packaging, serving sizes, warnings, or images without notice. The physical product label you receive controls if it differs from information displayed on our site. Please review the current label before use.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, purchase-limit violations, or legal/compliance concerns. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Promotions may not be combined unless specifically allowed. We may cancel or refuse transactions involving misuse, manipulation, or unauthorized distribution of promotional codes.

8. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping and pickup are subject to our Shipping & Pickup Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for following carrier instructions.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Because dietary supplements and ingestible products can raise health, safety, and tampering concerns after opening, opened products may be ineligible for return except where required by law or where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

10. Self-Checkout and In-Store Purchases

For self-checkout purchases, you agree to scan and pay for every item before removing it from the retail area. Attempted theft, intentional mis-scanning, price manipulation, fraudulent payment, or misuse of checkout systems may result in order cancellation, store-access restrictions, and referral to the appropriate authorities where permitted by law.

11. Competitive Athletes and Banned Substances

Ingredients permitted for retail sale are not necessarily permitted by every sports federation or testing organization. Athletes are responsible for checking current rules and ingredient lists. ABS Supps does not guarantee that any product is free of substances prohibited by a particular athletic organization unless the product itself carries a recognized certification applicable to that claim.

12. Intellectual Property

The ABS Supps name, site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, logos, photos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered for sale.

13. Prohibited Uses

Using the site or checkout systems for fraud, theft, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity.
Attempting to interfere with site security, payment processing, inventory systems, or store technology.
Scraping or reproducing protected site content for commercial use without permission.
Submitting false order, payment, identity, delivery, review, or account information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer. We do not promise uninterrupted website access or that every product description, image, or availability status will always be error-free.
